Keyboard support

Run example in: C# VB.NET

Keyboard navigation:

Press "Alt + AccessKey" to activate a tab. For example "Alt + E" would activate the Examples tab
Pressing the "Tab" key will navigate forward amongst tabs. "Shift + Tab" will navigate backwards.
"Enter" will select the active tab.
